We work with entry-level to senior professionals and businesses from startup stage to mature corporations. Although we have a strong background and experience in technology, we work with clients who come from various industries and bakgrounds. Our goal is to support as many clients as possible while ensuring our services align to their specific needs. 

For the most part all the consultancy will be done over video meeting or by phone. We are based in North America and Europe and we support clients across the globe and in different timezones.

In-person consulting may be possible taking into consideration factors such as scheduling and protocols to prioritize the health and safety for all.

Coaching can cover a wide array of topics, and aspires to focus on you as a whole person. Common areas of coaching for clients include career change, personal and professional development, finding greater purpose in life or seeking to find more balance in our day-to-day.

As part of our practice we will discuss important distinctions between coaching, therapy or counseling, and consulting. Coaching plays a specific role focused on where you are today and helping you move toward your goals and aspirations for the future. According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), “Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

There are many reasons why a business owner or leadership team may need or wish to have a business coach, these could include:

• The need to upskill or motivate their people in order to achieve high performance and profitability
• Challenge with existing processes resulting in problems in daily operations and difficulty scaling
• Support with strategy and key decision making

Every potential new client will meet with one of our consultants for an initial consultation. This first call will last for 30 minutes and it is not a sales call. It is an introductory call for us to provide you with more information about who we are, while also understanding your needs in more detail - this transparency will help to determine if and how we could better support your needs. If we don't find alignment, we will openly tell you that.

Existing offerings can be paid in full upfront, or we can set up a finance plan that works for you. After selecting your specific offering, we will be able to confirm the best payment options according to your financial needs.
