WHY ELEVATUS

The word Elevate comes from the Latin Elevatus, which means: to raise, to lift up, to make light.

Our logo is a combination of the sun and a compass, as we want to serve as a guiding light to our clients. We choose the color green as it represents growth, harmony, perseverance and sustainability.

At Elevatus Consulting, we work closely with our clients to empower them and increase their confidence to achieve higher results by developing a growth mindset and applying consistent methods.

We are passionate about elevating our clients through self-awareness journeys, re-alignment with their values and actionable steps towards their goals.

We are a family owned business, and as the daughter and son of a Doctor and a Psychologist, we are guided by our passion of finding balance and alignment between the body and mind.

We have a passion for people's success and we believe that every client is able to unleash their full potential with the appropriate mindset and actions.

Our goal is to use our years of experience to elevate others and to leave a positive mark in all of our interactions. We want our clients to gain value and knowledge that will help them now and in the future.

BELA WEKSLER

Career Coach & Talent Development Consultant

Bela Weksler has over 10 years of international experience in multinational corporations and startups with an academic background in Psychology and Coaching. Passionate about designing and implementing processes that enable and develop individuals, her work has been focused on career and leadership development to improve engagement and performance.

Bela considers herself an enabler! She started her career in Human Resources in 2012 and gained experience within DEI, TA, HR and L&D. With experience managing global learning programs, Bela has also been coaching individual contributors and leaders since 2020. She has worked in fast-paced and high-pressured environments, and became an expert on getting things done efficiently.

A citizen of the world, Bela is originally from Brazil, and has lived and worked in Brazil, United States, United Kingdom and Spain. Her international experience has allowed her to build strong relationships, and her network spans across different fields and geographies.

DANIEL WEKSLER

Business & Finance Consultant

Daniel Weksler is a seasoned entrepreneur and a sales advisor with over 15 years of experience supporting big corporations both in finance and sales, working with industry giants such as IBM, Dell, and IBM Bank. Armed with a Business Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oklahoma, he has successfully spearheaded and implemented global projects across Europe, Asia, North, and South America.

Daniel is more than just a consultant; he's a connector. His ability to carve genuine and authentic relationships to help people achieve consistency and high-performance sets him apart. He thrives on providing tailored solutions that addresses immediate needs and add long-term value to businesses and professionals alike. Through a crafted framework that includes a growth mindset approach and reliable methods, Daniel's ultimate goal is to improve your brain capacity and financial results.
